How do I begin to explain how this little peanut is changing... yet I cant imagine her any other way. Shes our world, our perfect, crazy, active, always changing world. We do alot of watching, laughing, protecting, tickling, smiling, supporting, comforting etc. She has gotten pretty quick in her moving around, and has NO fear. (I do remember many pics of me as a child with bruises because I was kinda like this.. maybe.. sorry mom and dad.) :)
She is pulling up on everything and loves to stand and move around on whatever shes holding on to. She walks along the coffee table, fireplace, around her new toy, pretty much whatever she can.
We are once again getting over colds here... this time Brendon got it bad, and Kenzie and I are trying to keep it away. Hoping this was the last one of the winter!! Come on springtime!! (as i woke up this morning to see the drive covered in a nice little layer of white.. again. really???)
She eyes this plant ALOT.
Daddy came home with a new toy for Makenzie this week.. and she LOVES it. The baby stuff wasnt cutting it anymore. :)
We still love the exersaucer in short doses, would rather be on the outside walking around it. :)
Weve also come to realize helping mommy with the dishwasher is alot of fun!! (unless the dishes are dirty and she gets shooed.)
This week we learned the toys get put in the green bucket, annnd its fun to dump the green bucket out.
Our new favorite toy!
One more thing we learned this week??? To climb the stairs, and shes good. Last night she climbed up the stairs without hesitation or looking back. (yes, i was right behind her) The railings can be a bit distracting at times because they are pretty cool.. :)
I realize I do laundry constantly.. (seeing baskets in alot of these pictures) and as i type there is a load sitting here I just took out of the dryer. Kenzie must think they are just another toy in this house. :P
Helping me with the dishwasher has a whole new meaning now that we realize we can climb up the dishwasher.... *sigh*
Hmm.. this is fun.. do we sit in this anymore? Nope. But it is fun to crawl up.
And its also fun to touch plants. Ive caught her many times touching the plants. She doesnt yank, just touches. Curious lil stinker.
This is the usual look after eating. Spoon in one hand, sippy in the other. She is a pro at her sippy cup now.
She was pushing the basket and talking away to me... :)
So, to prevent peanut from climbing up and turning the cd player on, I put this big pillow from our chair in front of it. She figured out how to get it down and use it to her advantage. We are not raising a dummy thats for sure. :)
Yes, I keep telling ppl that see Kenzie, she is only 7 months old.
