Thanksgiving..... and 18-18.5 wks

I realize Im a bit behind on the job here... sorry! We've been busy. :) Just got home last night from another wonderful thanksgiving with the whole family! I have a TON of pictures, as there was many moments worth capturing.. so maybe that'll make up for being a little behind.
Makenzie is now grabbing at everything, chomping on everything, and usually squacking too. Its amazing how fast shes growing!

17 weeks

Well This week we had Makenzies 4 month apt. She is 13lbs 8oz (50th percentile) and 25 3/4 inches long (90th percentile). The nurse walked in and said...."wait... shes only 4 months? Shes long!" :) Love hearing "shes perfect!"

This week Kenzie got some new pj's. Yes..... I did pick them out.. but arent they adorable? :)

Its hard to stop taking pictures when shes happy! (Yes... I do believe I have a few thousand pictures since July 21st)

She rarely stays on her back anymore... and always is pullin out her plug checking it out.

Happy Babes... Ready to go out! ( Yes... I do believe it was Target.. my favorite place, and whoever it was that decided to put a starbucks in them was genius.)

This is a few pics of the snow after a few days of melting. Everything was covered.. got about 10 inches. I know.. ew.

Like I said.... Makenzie doesnt stay on her back anymore. Getting ready for bathtime. She was grinning at herself in the mirror, blowing bubbles and so happy. :)

I attempted to take a picture of her in her cute outfit... and all she wanted to do was check out the flowers.. (and then eat them) So this is as good as it got. Still pretty cute. :)

16 weeks...

Ack!! Another week has past! Im feeling a bit more ambitious today.. Not b/c I got more sleep last night tho. :P Ahhh the joys. Im pretty sure Makenzie is teething, as she is CONSTANTLY drooling, and chomping on everything! Still growing like crazy, rolling and turning in circles, getting stronger every day. I knew it would go fast, but shes already in her 6 mnth clothes, that I really thought she wouldnt get into in a loong time. :)
We've been enjoying daddy home a bit more lately! Nice for all of us!!

She loves sitting up in the bumbo seat.. and I love that she loves it! She can sit on the counter while Im working in the kitchen, and is content watching me.

15 weeks..... We've got a mover!

Last night Kenzie was grunting, hollaring, and pulling everything trying to get herself over!

Kicking herself, turning in circles, looking a bit frusterated with herself. :) (notice the sock.. she ALWAYS kicks them off!)

And this morning... she finally did it. YAY! With squeals and smiles after flipping. SO cute.

See Mom?? :) Now its a few seconds after laying her on her back and she has flipped over. Eva says "she looks like shes flying!" Her arms and legs wiggling while shes on her belly. :)

We've been enjoying lots of smiles, squeals, giggles... hard to believe its been 15 weeks since we brought her home from the hospital.

Loving her more and more every day!

Happy Halloween (and 14.5 weeks)

This week was Halloween, and we had a fun party with moms and kiddos! Makenzie was a little Strawberry. :) There was so many kids running around, it was hard to get a picture of Makenzie looking at the camera. Still cute!
